Koseicollective is a US-based online apparel store offering made-to-order linen and casual clothing for everyday wear, gifting, and personal style. Our products include dresses, shirts, robes, shorts, pants, and seasonal apparel.
- Are your products made to order?
Yes. Our products are made to order after purchase. This includes standard-size linen and casual apparel items, even when they are not personalized. Each item is produced based on the size, color, and style selected at checkout.
- Do you sell personalized products?
Some products may include personalization options, such as names, text, photos, or design details, when stated on the product page. If a product includes personalization, please make sure all information is entered correctly before placing your order.
- Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
- How long does delivery take?
Most orders take 3–5 business days to process and produce. After shipment, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.
- How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States. Any available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout before payment.
- Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, change of mind, or items that do not fit as expected.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund.
- What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

- Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may already be in production and may no longer be canceled.
- How do I choose the right size?
Please review the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection.
