At Koseicollective, our products are made to order after purchase. This helps us reduce unnecessary inventory and prepare each item specifically for the customer’s selected size, color, and style.
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Order Processing Time
Most orders require 3–5 business days for production and processing before shipment. Processing time may vary slightly during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of high order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States. Any available shipping options and costs will be shown clearly at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after it is issued.
Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally happen due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking information has not updated for several days or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will help check the status of your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Koseicollective is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet entered production or shipment.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. If you still need help, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
